The practice was relocated in Topsham Road in the 1950’s and the new extension was built in 1995 with the practice continuing to modernise with the completion of a decontamination room in 2011. Disabled facilities were included in the refurbishment to ensure patients with disabilities are fully supported in receiving dental care at our practice. We have a wheelchair friendly reception desk, toilet and surgery and we also provide a loop induction system for those with hearing devices.
For your comfort, our waiting area has raised seats for those patients with mobility needs as well as a comfortable sofa to help you to relax. We have a daily newspaper and a range of ‘up to date’ magazines. Should you forget your reading glasses we have a selection at reception and we provide refreshments and cooled water. If it starts to rain as you leave us, we can even let you have an umbrella.

Our focus is on preventative care and as a Denplan Excel registered practice we are committed to assessing your risks of dental disease and how this may have an effect on your general health. We provide education and smoking cessation clinics to support you to achieve better outcomes. Where treatment is required we use only the best materials and the latest techniques – we are an amalgam free practice.
We endeavour to accommodate your individual needs and try to be flexible with booking appointments. We have early morning sessions and by prior arrangement can provide an evening and a Saturday morning clinic for patients who find it difficult to visit us during working hours. We see all emergencies within 24 hours during weekdays and are part of an ‘on call’ rota at weekends.
We are very conveniently located on a major bus route into and out of Exeter and are close to the M5. The buses stop directly outside of the surgery and there is limited and unlimited free parking adjoining the practice and in the King George V playing fields beside the surgery.
We see many patients who have built long standing relationships with us and who value our kind, gentle approach; they in turn refer others to us and we are happy to accept any new patients including non-registered emergency patients who would like to meet us.

Although we are not able to see you face to face, we are still here to provide telephone support and advice with any dental problems or concerns you may have. Nick and Anastasios are available to speak to their own registered patients between 09.30 – 16.30 Monday to Friday, and 09.00 – 11.00 at weekends. They are both providing advice, analgesia and antibiotic prescriptions. If you require face to face support, they will refer you to the best available support location for your needs.
